Ronald Richard Hildebrand

Ronald Richard Hildebrand, 72, Johnstown died July 29, 2018 at his late residence. He was the son of the late Russell Solomon and Blodwyn (Phillips) Hildebrand and was born April 17, 1946 in Johnstown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Carol Yvonne (Stiffler) Hildebrand; brothers, Ira 'Sonny' Hildebrand and infant Russell Hildebrand; sisters, Nancy Kopsic and Linda Hildebrand; brother-in-law's, Robert Kopsic and Edward Zimmerman. Ronald is survived by three sons, Ronald Richard Hildebrand, Jr., Nanty Glo; Russell Solomon (Tracie) Hildebrand II, Thomasville, NC and Randy Scott (Vanessa) Hildebrand, Portage; Six grandchildren, Ronnie and Brice; Alex; Abigail, David and Randalee. Two great grandchildren, Bentley and Lilyanna also survive him. Ronald is also survived by five siblings, Vernetta (William) Davis, Mineral Point; Illa (Charles) McDaniels, Virginia; Gloria (Raymond) Guyan, Wesley Chapel; David (Peggy) Hildebrand, Armagh; Minnie Zimmerman, Westmont; and sister-in-law, Patty Hildebrand, Mineral Point and many nieces and nephews. Ronald was a member of Laurel Mountain Bible Church, Mundy's Corner and was a United States Army Veteran. He was employed by Bethlehem Steel. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo.
