Raymond Rick E. McNelley Sr., 58, Ebensburg, died Dec. 8, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Oct. 29, 1954, in Rockwood, Tenn., son of the late Charles and Audrey (Goddard) McNelley. Survived by wife, former Krista Williams, Ebensburg; children, Stacey McNelley, Ebensburg; Jennifer (Robert Breen) McNelley, Lebanon; Raymond Rick (Mandy) McNelley Jr., Palmyra; and Megan McNelley, Carlisle; and eight grandchildren. Brother of Tony, Chuck, Pat, Toby, Linda, Cathy and Darla. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo. Interment, Belsano United Brethren Cemetery.
