Patricia Louise Glavach

Patricia Louise (Packer) Glavach, 70, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. Patty was a member of St. Marys Church, Nanty Glo. She was a graduate of Central Cambria High School, Class of 1964, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, in May 1993, with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology, vocational rehabilitation. Patty liked to go hunting with her husband, Putzy. She enjoyed reading books, crocheting, playing on her iPad (her favorite game was Hay Day) and conncecting with family and friends on Facebook. She was an avid watcher of Fox News, any cooking show and loved QVC. Preceded in death by her parents, Earl Packer Sr. and Dorothy Packer Lee. She leaves to cherish sweet memories her beloved husband, Dominick Glavach Sr.; children, Paula (Kevin) Sisler, Dominick (Tammy) Glavach Jr., Jason (Wendy) Glavach, Faye (Louis) Izzo and Peter (Lindsey) Glavach; and 14 grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at noon Saturday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, the Rev.
