Patricia Boback

Patricia Bobock, 73, Nanty Glo, went to her heavenly home Feb. 25, 2014. Born Oct. 4, 1940, in Nanty Glo, daughter of Andrew and Mary (Martinazzi) Boback. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Marcia Jean. Survived by loving sister, Carolyn, at home; guardians, Robert and Madeline Martinazzi; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was loving cared for by Skills' group home team leader, Linda Lonesky, and her staff. Patricia always had a big smile for everyone and greeted them with "I like you." She enjoyed bowling, puzzles, making cards for her friends, camping and attending Skills' Senior Day program. Patricia will be missed by her sister, cousins, friends and those she spent the day with at Skills. Member of St. Mary's Parish, Nanty Glo. Family and friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, followed by wake service at 6 p.m. and rite of Christian Burial. Private interment will be held Saturday at St. Mary's Cemetery, Nanty Glo, Deacon James Janosik, officiating. "There are angels among us sent from above to show us how to live and teach us how to give" - Patty was one of these special angels.
