Marlin R. Andreson, 88, Nanty Glo, died June 7, 2013, in Nanty Glo. Born Sept. 26, 1924, in Johnstown, son of the late Franklin E. and Margaret F. (Toner) Anderson. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Martha (Sabol) Anderson, and brothers, Red, Jack and Glenn. Survived by daughter, Deborah Anderson, South Brunswick, N.J.; brother, Alan (Betty) Anderson, Windber; and grand dog, Max. U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Distributor for Wise Potato Chips and Frito-Lay. Member of Poccanos Springs Association, serving as vice president. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Pastor Geno Bartoletti officiating. Interment, South Fork Cemetery. Military service will be conducted by local veterans' associations.
