Lee Ann Munoz (Berkebile), 47, Johnstown, passed away Dec. 28, 2013, in Johnstown. Born Feb. 28, 1967, in Johnstown. Preceded in death by father, Ceylon Berkebile; and brother, Michael Berkebile. Survived by children, Kristyn (Karl Sr.) Schmidtetter and Earl Munoz; grandchildren, Ashley Bennett, Karl Jr., Kameron, Alissa and Annalisa Munzo; mother and stepfather, Carol (Randy) Stauffer. Sister of Paula (Sam) McAdams; and George Berkebile, and fiancee, Janice Pinto; nieces, Lee Ann Berkebile, Sammy Jo McAdams, Jorgie Berkebile and Casey McAdams; and nephews, Dylan Berkebile and Michael McAdams. She was loved by many and will be sadly missed. Friends received from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, Deacon James Janosik, officiating.
