James E. Smith

Smith-James E., 53, Nanty Glo, passed away July 21, 2021. He was born Dec. 11, 1967, in Cuyahoga, OH. Son of Earl James and Mary Louise (Kline) Smith. He is preceded in death by his mother and many aunts and uncles. James is survived by his wife the former Susan Stiles, Nanty Glo, children Lewis Rose, Indiana, and Andrew Jacob Smith, at home. Brother Edward Smith, Maple Heights, OH and sister Cathy (Ray) Weinberg, North Royalton, OH. Nieces and nephew Lauren, Ryan, and Jenna. He was a 10-year member of the Nanty Glo Fire Company. James was a great father and loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle. Visitation will be Sunday, 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral and Cremation Services, Nanty Glo, where Funeral Services will be held Monday at 11 AM. Interment to follow in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Nicktown. Nanty Glo Fire Co. services will be held at 6PM, Sunday.
