James D. Brothers

James D. Brothers Jr., 31, passed away Oct. 2, 2024 at UPMC Altoona Hospital. He was born Oct. 8, 1992 in Johnstown. Son of James Brothers and Beth Ann Eicher. 

He is preceded in death by brother Derek Brothers, Grandmother Inez George. 

James is survived by Children Haiden Brothers, Airyonna Brothers, Ashton Brothers, Xander Brothers parents James Brothers and Beth Ann (Kirk) Eicher, sister Taylor Brothers, brother Josh Brothers, grandparents John Brothers, Diane Hess, and Eugene George. Special aunts and uncle Julie Novak and Jamie (Teri) George and numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, best friend Adam Laughard, and his Spiritual Father, Fr. David Peles. 

Member of St. Mary’s Church, Nanty Glo. He loved to hunt and the Cleveland Browns. 

Visitation will be held at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, Friday from 5-8. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10 AM, at St. Mary’s Church, Nanty Glo, Fr. David Peles, the Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
