Duane N. Mottin

Mottin-Duane N., 68, Blacklick Twp., passed away Feb. 25, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born Sept. 26, 1953 in Johnstown. Son of the late Earl J. and Genevieve (McFarland) Mottin. Preceded in death by brothers Earl Mottin, Jr. and Pastor Douglas Mottin. Duane is survived by his wife the former Paula Miller, Children Duane (Aline) Mottin, Jr., Melanie (Christian) Cetra, Audrey Mottin (Brennan Winters). Grandchildren Jaden Mottin and Gianna Cetra. He was the brother of Sharon (Andrew) Palencsar, Dennis (Carol) Mottin, Darrell (Patty) Mottin, sister-in-law Judy Mottin Deetscreek, numerous nieces and nephews, and in-laws. Retired from Ebensburg Center. He was a US Army Veteran. His hobbies included playing the lottery and recycling. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, Pastor Geno Bartoletti, officiating. Veterans Services will be held by the Nanty Glo, Twin Rocks, and Vintondale Ritual Team.
