Dorothy (Marsh) Harmotta

Dorothy "Dottie"Harmotta (Marsh), 68, Nanty Glo, died Oct. 12, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center. Born April 13, 1946, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Homer and Ruth Marsh. Survived by husband, Steve "Skip" Harmotta, Nanty Glo; children, Leslie (Joe) Forsythe, Johnstown; Scott (Kayla) Lloyd, Johnstown; Stacey (Joe) Walters, Beaverdale; and Jayme Lloyd, New York; grandchildren, Amanda, Jessica (Bob), Tiffany, Teddy, Dawn and Matt; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Member of Holy Ascension Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Nanty Glo, where she served as treasurer. Member of Jackson Township Senior Center and Nanty Glo Library. Dottie enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where Parastas will be held Tuesday. Viewing also from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Panachida service at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Ascension Ukrainian Orthodox Church, the Very Rev.
