Donald John Krawcion

Krawcion-Donald John, 66, Blacklick, formerly of Nanty Glo, passed away Feb. 9, 2021 at Integrated Health Services, Greensburg. He was born May 20, 1954 in Johnstown. Son of the late James and Frances (Dino) Krawcion. He is preceded in death by twin brother Ronald, Fiancée Francie Pribish, and brother-in-law Gary Kania. He is survived by brother James (Patsy) Krawcion, El Paso, TX and sister June Kania, Twin Rocks. Nieces and nephews Jim Krawcion, Christina Guardino, Patrick Krawcion, Melissa Chirdon, and Travis Kania. Numerous other extended family. He was an US Army Veteran. Donald attended Penn State University and was in the pre-med program, he also played football under Joe Paterno. He and his brother had a band called Orion and then The Time Being. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of funeral service at 12 PM, at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Nanty Glo. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Military Services will be held by the Nanty Glo, Twin Rocks, and Vintondale Ritual Team.
