McCullough-Dale R., 68, Homer City, passed away Nov. 25, 2021 at Indiana Hospital. He was born July 14, 1953 in Indiana. Son of the late Sam and Mary (Henry) McCullough. Preceded in death by wife Beverly Jean McCullough, brother Sam McCullough, Jr. Dale is survived by children Martin (Connie) McCullough, Altoona and Tina (James) Duncan, Strongstown. Grandchildren Kaitlyn Duncan and Issac McCullough and sister Gladys Bowser, Homer City. Visitation will Be Monday from 4PM-7PM at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be Tuesday at 11AM. Interment to follow in Pineland Cemetery, Strongstown.
