Candice "Candy" (Berkhamer) Jacobson

Jacobson-Candice “Candy” (Berkhamer), 66, Nanty Glo, passed away Dec. 2, 2020. She was born June 2, 1954 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Robert and Violet (Heming) Berkhamer. Preceded in death by Husband Joseph Jacobson. Candy is survived by her sons Jay (Nicole) Jacobson and Bobby (Angie) Jacobson. Step Daughter Sherri (David) Cope. Grandchildren Mackenzie, April, Micole, and Zach. Brothers Robert (Brenda) Berkhamer and Larry Berkamer. Nieces Tammy (Aaron) Lentz, Mandy (Joe) Smorto, and Amber Berkhamer (Steve Weng). Great nephew and niece Tyler and Isabella. Candy was a former member of the Nanty Glo Fire Ladies Aux and was the cheerleading advisor for many years at Blacklick Valley High School. Visitation will be Saturday at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, from 5PM until the time of funeral services at 7PM. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Senior life and Amber Springs. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nanty Glo Fire Ladies Aux.
