Brian Earl Heitzenrater

Heitzenrater-Brian Earl, 62, Nanty Glo, passed away June 30, 2020. He was born April 27, 1958 in Indiana. He was the son of the late Earl and Thelma (Walker) Heitzenrater. Brian was survived by his wife of 39 years Mary Lynn Heitzenrater, Nanty Glo, Daughters Dana (Jason) Becker, Dunedin, Fl. And Elizabeth Heitzenrater, Nanty Glo, Grandchildren Logan and Ava Becker. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousin, Nieces and Nephews. Attended the Cardiff Road Church of God. Brian was an Eagle Scout and was a member of the Order of the Arrow. He worked at and was one of the founders of the Blacklick Valley Ambulance for 43 years, where he served as EMT and paramedic. He also served on the board and was manager. Visitation will be held at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, on Friday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, where Blacklick Valley Ambulance Assoc. will hold services at 7PM, and on Sunday from 1PM until the time of services at 3PM, Pastor Geno Bartoletti, officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Military Services will be held Sunday by the Nanty Glo, Twin Rocks, and Vintondale Ritual Team.
